Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 7 days of  delivery and post items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our upmost to ensure that both you and your pup are happy. 
Due to their nature, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Delivery Estimates
Due to the bespoke nature of our made to order products, it is important that all details and (your pup's) measurements are correct. Please use our measuring guide to ensure measurements are taken correctly and please double check before placing your order. 
Any errors in the delivery address added by the customer, which cause the order to be returned to us, will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses to be refunded. If the customer would like us to resend the order, an additional shipping cost will be charged.

It's really important to us that you receive your item on time, please do get in contact with us if you have not received your item by the delivery date. We cannot offer refunds or discounts for orders delayed by Delivery/Courier delays.
