There's nothing we love more than happy pups. We do our best to ensure that every pup and every parent is happy, but as we are a small company delivering handmade products at a small margin, we have to make a few things clear. Any questions, please ask! We are always happy to help.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are unable to refund these charges should you wish to return or exchange your order. We always recommend that buyers check with their local customs office in order to obtain further information. Whilst we always do our best  to ensure items are delivered on time, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Orders:
All of our International orders are dispatched via an International Tracked & Signed service. Once dispatched, the buyers will receive a tracking number and are responsible for tracking the item to its destination. As we are a small company offering bespoke, made to order products, we are unable to cover return postage costs. Please ensure that you are available to sign for your delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery and the package is returned to us, we will arrange for a re-delivery of the returned item once we take receipt of it. If we ship an item a second time, buyers will be asked to cover the cost of return shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns:
Due to the bespoke nature of our made to order products, it is important that all details and (your pup's) measurements are correct. Please use our measuring guide to ensure measurements are taken correctly and please double check before placing your order. We only accept refunds & exchanges on custom or personalised orders at our discretion and we are unable to cover return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the  buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

It's really important to us that you receive your items on time, please do get in contact with us if you have not received your order by the delivery date. We cannot offer refunds, discounts or compensation for orders delayed by Delivery/Couriers. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs.

Materials, Finishes & Colours:
The materials used will be stated in the product description, care & materials page, or noted elsewhere in the order process. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they are happy with the materials used. Any questions, please ask! We are always happy to help.

Due to the handmade nature of our manufacturing process, our pieces could vary in size by approximately 5%. Due to different visual displays, devices, image resolutions & image rendering, colours can vary depending on your monitor. All product photographs and images that may be  shown to a customer during the order process are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

Payment & Pricing
On occasion, there may be information on our website containing inaccuracies, misprints or typographical errors that may relate to pricing, product descriptions, delivery charges/estimates and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or misprints, and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Prices are subject to change without advanced warning.

All credit/debit card payments are processed securely through Paypal and Shopify Payment terminals.

LÈ PUP Gift Card Terms and Conditions

 1. Validity Period
All LÈ PUP Gift Cards purchased directly from our website are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.

2. Charity and Auction Gift Cards
Gift Cards provided through charity events, auctions or fundraising activities are valid for twelve months from the date the recipient receives their unique redemption code. The validity period begins on the date the code is issued.

3. Redemption
Gift Cards can be redeemed online at lepup.com against any eligible product. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Expiry
Any remaining balance after the twelve month validity period will be void and cannot be extended or refunded.
