Shipping policy

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies (from 2-7 days) depending on the item as all items are handmade and made-to-order. Once orders are ready for dispatch, delivery times will depend on the delivery method choosen. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times:
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products, there is a processing/manufacturing time included in the delivery time. Orders will generally take between 2-7 days to manufacture before taking into account shipping speed. 

Below delivery times include processing time and delivery time:
United Kingdom: 3-9 business days 
European Union: 5-14 business days 
Europe non-E.U. : 5-14 business days 
U.S.A. : 10-17 business days 
Canada: 10-17 business days 
Oceania: 10-17 business days 
United Arab Emirates: 14-21 business days

We will do everything we can to meet these delivery estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen, and we are not responsible for delays within the postal network.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return postage costs:
As we are a small company offering bespoke, made to order products, we are unable to cover return postage costs. Please use our measuring guide to ensure that all details and measurements are correct and please double check before placing your order.
