Beyond Amazing!

LÈ PUP is like one of those companies of yesteryear that we all hear about but very rarely come across in modern reality . They are the full package. Their product is bespoke to your pet, we purchased and had our pooch measured at a doggy fair, but you can take your own measurements, and order on line. The order arrived in a timely manner, beautifully packaged and with a personalised note..beyond charming. The t-shirt we ordered was perfection, the fit and quality exactly as you would expect a handcrafted piece to look and feel. Roxy, our 16 year old Maltese, will be wearing this on repeat.
This all sounds good but gets even better. I somehow provided the wrong delivery address (I blame autocorrect)and when it was discovered the package was lost Anthony was quick to send out a replacement T-shirt..no questions asked!! Gets better yet..the original lost package made its way to me. When I reported this to Anthony he quickly responded with “Consider it a gift from your friends at LÈ PUP”. If this is not going beyond excellent customer service I do not know what is.
Anthony, a very big thank you to you and your dream team. You have shown that small businesses have big hearts and put their customers first.
LÈ PUP is now my benchmark that all other companies will be measured against. Thank you!!!

Stripy top

We have an Italian greyhound, 11 months. The stripy t-shirt size L fitted her well. And it is perfect for the current summer weather, our dog loves it! The material is cotton and feels very nice when handled.
Also, the staff at Le Pup is lovely and have checked twice all the measurements with me. Production time and delivery was fast - within 2 weeks in June.
